Bringing employees together through an internal photo competition

On the occasion of the acquisition of Equans, Wipplay supported Bouygues in a unique internal communication campaign: The Bouygues Picture. Rolled out in several languages, this photo competition invited employees from around the world to share their daily lives around three themes (My Job, My Team, My Spot). With more than 3,000 photos posted from 39 countries and 30,000 votes, the campaign strengthened the sense of belonging and gave a collective face to the new group.
